Interview: Mandie Holgate – Supercharge Your Life and Fight the Fear – The Enquirer

Here I speak with Charlotte Civil from The Enquirer about my book, how it works with the extensive experiences I’ve had with clients over many years and how this is not a self help book this is a results book.

“Mind over matter, this is what this book is about,” explains Mandie Holgate. “Having the right attitude regardless of any obstacles, you will always find a way to achieve and get the result you want.”
I am talking to Mandie from Mersea Island near Colchester, about the launch of ‘Fight the Fear, How to Beat you Negative Mindset and Win at Life.’

Mandie has most definitely won at life. The mother of two is a nationally successful businesswoman and founder of The Business Woman’s Network named as one of the top 15 resources for female entrepreneurs. In under eight years it has gone from a local network and support group for businesswomen in Colchester to a nationally recognised format with branches across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, London and Hertfordshire.

I also talk about my passion for writing and how the UK’s leading publishers Pearson’s asked me to write this book. Would you like to learn more? Just get in touch.

“So why name the book Fighting the Fear?
“We have a habit when we go into an unfamiliar environment worrying about what if it’s painful, what if it goes wrong. So I encourage people to think the opposite and conquer their fears, what if they love it, what if it’s the biggest moment of their life. The book helps people to achieve their own goals in their own natural style and discover who am I? what are my values?” she explains.
Mandie stresses however that it is not a self-help book. “It’s about actual action – real results, so you never have this fear in your life again!””
