8 STEPS TO MOTIVATION

Someone on social media is having a bad day. I have coaching clients sat before me every week going through stuff – not always right now but wanting to make big changes and things just don’t seem to be happening fast enough if at all. So when I see someone is having a tough day, I know how to change that fast. (Usually within 2 hours I can reframe and alter a clients perception of reality to get them back to positive, focused, accountable, plan of actions, goals and homework to ensure they get there!) And my theory is that if you help one person you are likely to help many more too. (This theory has been proved to me time and time again to be correct.) So if you need some help, get in touch.
