How long does it take?

Each coaching session lasts 1 hour. A chance for you to confidentialty share everything that is keeping  you awake at night, to be listened to and challenged to establish goals that you will work on achieving before your next session. You are never expected to sign up to a minimum number of sessions, we only ever work to your needs.

What support do I get between sessions?

You can email me anytime to share your progress, your successes and concerns to reinforce your ability to get the results you want. You also recieve a coaching report to remind you of the results of the session and concentrate on your objectives. If I see you once or 5 times, I consider you a customer for life, so if I get a great idea, or opportunity come my way that could be great for you, I will always pass it on to you. Your success is my passion.

How much coaching is right for me?

A course of coaching can vary in length depending on you and your desired goals. For some this may mean a few coaching sessions. However for others it is a partnership that lasts between 4 and 8 sessions.  How regular these sessions are is determined by you. Varying between once a week to every six months depending on the nature of your goals and time frames we establish. So how long is THAT piece of string? The idea is that I create new more productive ways of thinking for you, new ideas and skills that lead you to automatically produce great results.

Fees

Lets meet up for a empty your head session over coffee. Not coaching but a chance to meet me, get to know what to expect from coaching. Business connections, ideas, and opportunities that I can share with you for just £50.

One hour coaching session, coaching report and full email support plus a 20 minute booster session phone call is £100 in a person to person meeting and £75 by phone.

If you have a clear idea of the issue you wish to deal with an intense session lasting 1 and a half hours could be right for you. £140.

If you wish to meet in the Colchester area there is no additional charge. I am more than happy to travel to you to reduce the impact on your busy day and it is 50p per mile outside of Colchester on top of your chosen session choice. And since I am generous kind of gal the first 15 miles are free.
 
Once we have created a rapport I am happy for you to come to my home or for me to come to yours. 
 
Sessions are payable either by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Please note the first session is payable in advance.

Sorry, but due to my busy schedule I charge the full fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
