When you work with me you get the opportunity to analyse your business to work out what needs to change and work on what is important to you. I won’t tell you it’s silly to be scared to stand and give a presentation, or that you’re wrong to want to only work part time, or judge you because you are not sure how to market your business to maximum potential or network successfully.
What do you need to be?
The people I work with are determined, hardworking dedicated people that are passionate about what they do and what their company does. However even people who have amazing skills & product ideas sometimes do not take the next step and create their own business, or struggle to understand what is missing in their business. You don’t have to know what you need to change, but you do need to have a passionate desire to find out and to work towards your goals and ambitions.
My job is to listen, challenge, support and motivate you to get what you want.

I am often asked to reinforce training with coaching and by attending training days as a facilitator, helping people to reinforce their learning, and ensure what is learnt is put into practice and maintained.Training is 22% more effective when supported with coaching.
